Sub Rosa was established in Ireland in 1996 by Anthony A. Tobia. Before establishing Sub Rosa, Mr. Tobia gained extensive experience in both the insurance and investigation industries in Ireland and the United States of America.

Mr Tobia’s professional investigative license was issued to him on behalf of the State of California Licencing Board. As such, he is one of a limited number of professionally licensed Private Investigators in Ireland

Mr. Tobia leads each investigation personally and is responsible for the training of all the Sub Rosa team. Since its incorporation, Sub Rosa has built up an extensive client list including insurance companies, barristers, solicitors, state agencies, private and corporate sectors.
